How to maintain automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer in daily use:

1. The instrument needs to be heated and distilled during operation, so it needs good ventilation and heat dissipation conditions.

2. If there is liquid in the tank at the front of the instrument, please clean it in time.

3. Regular cleaning, mainly including four parts:

1. Cleaning of the alkali circuit: cleaning is required at the end of each day's work.

2. Cleaning of the acid circuit: regular cleaning.

3. Cleaning of the distillation cup: clean the scale in the distillation cup regularly according to the respective situation, and observe the condition of the distillation cup from the side observation window.

4. Cleaning of the steam bottle: set the distillation for 6 minutes.

In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of Kjeldahl apparatus, the instrument should be cleaned in time and regularly maintained after use to ensure the normal operation of the instrument and extend its service life.
