Nitrogen analyzer is an instrument for measuring the content of nitrogen and protein in samples. Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer calculates the protein content by measuring the nitrogen content in the sample according to the principle that the nitrogen content in the protein is constant. The universal applicability, accuracy and repeatability of Kjeldahl method have been widely recognized, and has been established as a standard method for detecting protein content in food.
Common faults and solutions of Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer:
Faults | Causes | Troubleshooting |
The instrument cannot be powered on | The power cord is not properly plugged and the fuse is blown | Plug in the power cord and replace the fuse |
Cannot add alkali | There is too little alkali in the alkali liquor bucket, the alkali liquor inlet pipe leaks, sodium hydroxide is separated, and the pipeline is blocked | Add reagent to the alkali liquor bucket to check whether the pipeline interface is sealed, and clean the pipeline |
Cannot add acid | There is too little acid in the acid liquor bucket, and the acid inlet pipe leaks | Add reagent to the acid bucket to check whether the pipeline interface is sealed |
Digestive tube cannot be discharged | The waste pipe is blocked, the waste pipe of digestion pipe leaks, and the waste pipe orifice is higher than the instrument | Clean the waste pipe, replace the waste pipe, and place the waste pipe orifice below the instrument |
Condensate water cannot enter the condensate pipe | The pressure of condensate water is not enough | Increase water pressure or add water with pump |
Condensate water does not circulate | The pressure of condensate water is not enough, and the water outlet is higher than the water inlet | Increase the water pressure or use a pump to add water and place the water outlet lower than the water inlet |
The distilling cup cannot be filled with water | Insufficient water inlet pressure | Increase water pressure or add water with pump |
The distilling cup cannot be drained | The water outlet is higher than the water inlet, and the drain pipe valve is blocked | Put the water outlet lower than the water inlet and clean or replace the drain valve |
The full automatic Kjeldahl analyzer is used for nitrogen content analysis, teaching and research in grain and oil detection, feed analysis, plant nutrient test, soil fertilizer detection, medicine, chemical industry and other industries, and is an ideal tool for operators.
