Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer, also known as nitrogen analyzer, protein analyzer, crude protein analyzer, is a device that uses the Kjeldahl nitrogen determination method to determine the nitrogen content in the sample and thus calculate the protein content.
Solutions to the problem of no water in the distiller after Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer is turned on:
1. Check whether the distilled water bucket is leaking after half a minute of turning on the machine. It is normal if it can be inflated with air;
2. Check whether the water level in the distilled water bucket exceeds one-third, and if it is not enough, fill it up;
3. Check the position of the distilled water bucket. If it is lower than the table where the instrument is placed, the pressure is insufficient and water cannot be added;
4. Check whether the air inlet and liquid inlet pipes of the distilled water bucket are connected correctly. If they are connected incorrectly, bubbles will be generated in the bucket and make sounds;
5. Check the drain valve, which should be closed.
Kjeldahl apparatus is an instrument that is widely used to analyze the nitrogen or protein content of samples such as food, crops, seeds, soil, fertilizers and health products. It plays an important role in modern life and industry.
