The fully automatic Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer, as an instrument for determining protein, is widely used in the determination of protein content in milk and dairy products. It has the characteristics of high sensitivity, fast analysis speed, wide application range, small sample required, simple equipment and operation, etc.
In order to keep Kjeldahl nitrogen analyzer with good sensitivity and stability, analyze samples quickly and obtain accurate analysis results, pay attention to keeping all parts of the instrument normal during daily use. Check carefully before starting the machine, and start the measurement after confirming that everything is correct. Before starting the machine, please check the following points:
1. Ensure that each solution can meet the test measurement, check the use of deionized water, alkali solution and receiving liquid, and whether the waste liquid in the waste liquid bucket has been cleaned up in time. If the liquid level of deionized water, alkali solution and receiving liquid is lower than the liquid level sensor, or the liquid level of waste liquid is higher than the liquid level sensor, the instrument will alarm, and the ongoing test will be stopped, affecting the normal progress of the measurement.
2. Before turning on Kjeldahl apparatus, ensure that the cooling water switch is turned on. If the cooling water switch is turned off, the instrument can pass the self-test, but during the distillation process, due to the high temperature of the distillation device, the instrument will alarm and prompt to turn on the cooling water switch. After turning on the cooling water switch, the instrument will continue to work. However, the test is stopped, affecting the normal determination. In the absence of cooling water protection, the distillation device will be damaged.
